Vintage A warm vintage of high quality. Friuli experienced a heatwave in the middle of the season, but this was balanced and of benefit to the wines in general. A ripe year.
Vinification Fermented and left on skins in georgian amphorae for 6 months, then pressed and aged for a further 6 months in amphora and 24 months in large format old slavonian oak botte.
