After an initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks the 2015 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione os aged for 30 months in French oak barrels. The result is a deeply complex wine with a delicate hint of red berries, blackberries and violets. Great cellaring potential. Serve at 18°C.
