For generations the Cutrera family has been dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and olive oil production in Southeastern Sicily. The family applies its values, principles and knowledge to the cultivation and care of olive trees. Along their gorgeous olive oils, they have created a range of by-products called Segreti di Sicilia as a way to share the culinary treasures Sicily has to offer.

Wild fennel, is what gives this rich sauce its originality, reminiscing of the taste of sausages that were made using this specific & much loved Italian herb.
