This lovely paste is made with the family seal of quality. The porcini are cooked and pureed with peanut oil to make this delicious paste , used for pasta and egg dishes or simply spreading onto crostini. Try some on a pizza base add sauted mushrooms with rosemary and a drizzle of truffle oil, finish with parmesan. Mix into risotto or through a stuffing to add another flavour dimention.
