From the Canellis hills in Piedmont come seasonal produce, picked, processed by hand and prepared according to Nonna Maddalena’s recipes, allowing every element to shine. Vegetables are collected when at their best then processed on site without preservatives, from the freshest ripe ingredients.
Nonna Maddalena’ s story started growing artichokes on a small parcel of land. Nothing spells Italy more clearly than artichokes. For the bruschetta, Italian Olive oil and white wine vinegar, salt and a hint of chilli are added to give it its creamy consistency and enhance the sweetness of the artichokes.
