From the Canellis hills in Piedmont come seasonal produce, picked, processed by hand and prepared according to Nonna Maddalena’s recipes, allowing every element to shine. Fruits and vegetables are collected when at their best then processed on site without preservatives, from the freshest ripe ingredients.

White wine vinegar adds a balance to the natural sweetness of red onions giving this thick onion jam a lovely bittersweet taste that complements grilled meats or good hard cheeses like an aged cheddar, comté, cantal or pecorino.
