This wine is the ‘prestige cuvee’ of the estate, and only made in the best years. The wine is given 60 months on lees, during which time it gains immense complexity. The ‘Pas Dose’ refers to the ‘zero dosage’ style of the wine; such is the richness gained by extended lees ageing that the wine requires no additional sweetness at bottling.
