After picking and soft crushing, the grapes undergo a stainless steel tanks temperature controlled fermentation for about 10 days. Afterwards, malolactic fermentation and maturation take place partially in large oak barrels of 22hl and stainless steel tanks. The result is a ruby red Pinot Nero with aromas of red berries, cherry a spicy note of white pepper and soft velvety tannins
