This superb unfiltered olive oil is made exclusively with Nocellara Etnea olives handpicked during the month of October on the slopes of the Etna volcano.
The bouquet is fruity and intense with notes of subtle fresh herbs and green almonds. The taste is perfectly balanced between spicy, green and fruity: pure Sicily in a bottle!
