Alessandro Dettori’s wines are straight out of wild Sardinia. They are interesting, full of personality and contradiction. Unusual and full on but elegant, wildly different and then reserved all in one. He likes to say that he makes perfectly imperfect wine. He has been working in these vineyards since the ge of twelve. The vineyards are biodynamic and have vines up to around 135 years old.
