From the Canellis hills in Piedmont come seasonal produce, picked, processed by hand and prepared according to Nonna Maddalena’s recipes, allowing every element to shine. Fruits and vegetables are collected when at their best then processed on site without preservatives, from the freshest ripe ingredients.

Apricots at the peak of the season taste like nothing else. The Greeks call it the “golden egg of the sun”. Fresh bread, goat curd and Nonna’s apricot jam…heaven!
