This balsamic vinegar, made in Modena specially for Lario is a great allrounder. It is produced by combining reduced grape juice or “must” with local wine vinegar (trebbiano/ lambrusco). The blend is a perfect balance between sweet and sour, it has a dark almost viscous consistency and a low acidity making it a vinegar that can be used for cooking, salad dressings and also for desserts.
