Bella Di Cerignola Green Olives 4kg
These delicious giant natural green olives are grown in Puglia by the Fratepietro family since the 1800s. With the sea breezes from the East and the cooler winds from the West, the conditions are ideal to cultivate the Bella di Cerignola.
This variety of olive is known for its large oval shape, meaty cheeks and a thin stone. They are fermented in saline to break down any bitterness and then pasteurised in the tin.
The green giant olives are buttery and their mild flavour is ideal for marinating or using in drinks and cooking. They go well with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. These shiny huge green olives are sure to make a great impression on an antipasto platter!
